Athletic Fees for 2024-2025

 

Gabriel Richard Catholic High School has a rich tradition of athletic excellence.  To ensure that we are able to continue to provide the very best experience for our student athletes, we have adopted a Pay-to-Participate fee system for all athletic teams with the exception of ice hockey.

 

Fee Structure:

 

Gabriel Richard's Pay-to-Participate fee for 2024-2025 is $350 per family per school year for unlimited participation (this amount has not increased from 2022-2023).  Families are not charged per student or per sport.  

 

Payment Deadlines:

 

September 1:  Fall Athletics

December 1:  Winter Athletics

April 1:  Spring Athletics

 

Families may pay the Pay-to-Participate fee online at www.grathletics.org.  Because the fee covers the entire school year, families need only pay by the first payment deadline in which their child participates.

 

Volunteer Opportunities:

 

Each parent/guardian may fulfill volunteer hours by working in various jobs including concessions, gate, clean up, security, etc.  Volunteer opportunities may be found online at www.grathletics.org under the volunteer tab.  All families are required, per the financial policy, to provide 14 hours of volunteer service to the school.  These opportunities do not need to be at athletic events.

 

Concession Stand Donation:

 

Families are also asked to give $10 toward the cost of the concession stand for each season in which their child participates.  We ask that these collections be made before the first contest to accommodate the current sports season. Payments may be made online or at the athletic office.
